Located in the centre of the old(former) fortified town, the church Saint-Etienne possesses a Romance nave, transept and a Gothic chorus(choir). Church, building(ship) and internal furniture registered in conformance with(for) Historic monuments. Indoors: retable of baroque style (XVIth and XVIIth centuries) containing a picture(board) of Pierrat (1662) representing the Whitsunday. Diverse monumental paintings(boards) adorn the nave and both chapels. She(It) is furnished(filled) with closed benches berrichon of the XVIIIth century, a bench of work and a pulpit. Outsides: Strengthened square Bell tower, giving access to the skeleton renovated in 2005, complementary(additional) in the castle adjoining(closely related) the church, of which only rest the old(former) guardroom, with its vestiges of the drawbridge and of man's passage on foot.
