Guided tour of the Guerry Wells in Savigny-en-Septaine, site of the massacre of 36 Jewish men and women by the Nazis on July 24, 26 and August 8, 1944. The team of the Museum of the Resistance and the Deportation of the Cher joins the departmental committee of union of associations and friends of the Resistance and the Deportation and the Directorate General of Armament to propose a guided tour of the site of the Wells of Guerry, unique place of remembrance of the Holocaust in France. Located on the Polygon military site, it has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1994.

The Directorate of Departmental Archives and Heritage is a service of the Departmental Council of Cher. Its mission is to collect, conserve and make known the heritage of the department: written heritage, with the Departmental Archives of Cher and architectural heritage and furniture, with the service of heritage. A unique structure in France, the Musée de la Résistance et de la Déportation du Cher was built in synergy with the Departmental Archives. Its permanent exhibition space focuses on the history of the demarcation line.
