In the 1960s in France, a self-taught inventor came to the Research Service of the ORTF with a crazy idea, to build a machine to make cartoons. This machine is the Animograph and its inventor Jean Dejoux, together they will go around the world. From Shadoks to Asterix, from Chuck Jones to Normam Mac Laren, from Paris to Hollywood, to Italy, here are the unknown and exciting adventures of a visionary and his funny machine.

In objective to accompany movies in all stages of the manufacturing, Ciclic created a residence of filming of movies of animation intended(designed) for the French and international directors. After fifteen years of existence, Ciclic Animation moves to settle down in the north stable of the district Rochambeau in Vendôme (Loir-et-Cher). It is a real cultural equipment devoted to the unpublished animation in France since it combines welcome(reception) in residence of the professionals of the animation and a programme planning(programming) organised in cultural season for the public vendômois.
