The origins of the Loiret: from prehistory to the A19 This is an exhibition of the Service de l'archéologie préventive départemental du Loiret, made available to the municipalities that wish it. It traces the main findings of excavations carried out during the construction of the A19 motorway between 2005 and 2007. Of the 101 kilometres linking Artenay to Courtenay, more than 120 archaeological sites have been identified.
