Annie Penin Art Embroidery in Levroux
Passionate about embroidery since childhood Annie Penin is a professional embroiderer. She lived and worked for 20 years in Montreal (Canada) where she embroidered for Céline Dion (Stade de France 1999- Las Vegas), Le Cirque du Soleil (Las Vegas Touring Shows) as well as for upscale couture.
Back in France, she taught at the prestigious Ecole Lesage (Paris) from 2011 to the end of 2021.
His many years of experience in art embroidery and his know-how are now exemplified in his workshop-shop in Levroux, in the Indre, a refined and inspiring place dedicated to creation and private orders. In 2022, she embroidered the Ballon d'Or presenter’s lace dress. She also embroidered stylized feathers for Jane Again Cashmeres as well as work jackets for Brodé Paris.
She transmits her know-how by giving courses at her workshop in Levroux.
It offers ready-to-embroider kits and yarns made in France from Au Ver à Soie and Sajou.
She is currently developing a line of embroidered jewellery and accessories.
Annie Penin will open her workshop-shop where she will introduce the embroidery trade as well as the stages of making an embroidery.
She will be doing embroidery demonstrations in the course of making lunéville crochet with beads and sequins pose.
She will also demonstrate needle embroidery with different materials.
