Die Rathäuser-Waschhäuser sind Gebäude, die vor allem in Frankreich zu finden sind, vor allem in Burgund, Franche-Comté. Sie sind aus hygienischen Ideen entstanden und wurden ab Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts gebaut, entweder durch Hinzufügen eines Raumes zu einem bestehenden Waschhaus oder durch gleichzeitiges Bauen beider Räume.

The town halls are buildings that are mainly found in France, mainly in Burgundy, Franche-Comté. Born from hygienist ideas, they are built from the beginning of the 19th century, either by adding a room to an existing washhouse, or by building both at the same time.
