To celebrate this beginning of the season, the TXR invites you to its return party which will take place on Saturday, September 16, on the occasion of the Grande Braderie de la Croix-Rousse! On the program: 10h 12h30 – Visits of the Théâtre de la Croix-Rousse, as part of the European Heritage Days! Free access between 10h and 12h30 (departure every 30 minutes, last departure at 12h30). 15h – Giant Cluedo: immerse yourself in an unusual immersive experience with the Lip-Sync Challenge. Come solve the mystery of the 1986 prom… with friends or family (from 6 years)! Free event on reservation (registration strongly recommended). 18h 19h – Apéro disco: to end the day in style, extend the summer on the forecourt in a groovy atmosphere!

* The first hall of the Croix-Rousse celebrations - Known for its famous silk weavers, the district of Croix-Rousse was for a long time an industrial and popular place, isolated from the center of the city of Lyon. In the thirties, the building housing the current Théâtre de la Croix-Rousse was born: the first hall of the festivities of the canuts was born. Designed by Michel Roux-Spitz and inaugurated in 1931 by Edouard Herriot, this hall marks the beginning of a cultural life in the neighbourhood. For nearly fifty years, it will be a place dedicated to various cultural and associative Croix-Roussiennes events: balls, concerts, film screenings, choirs, conferences, etc. - La Maison de la Danse - In 1980, the Salle des fêtes became the Maison de la Danse, the result of a project initiated by five Lyon choreographers and supported by Joannès Ambre, assistant to Culture of the city of Lyon.
