Built in a hygienist concern, outside the city and near one of the arms of the Durolle, the former slaughterhouses of Thiers present a rationalist architecture. Their organization reflects a plan to properly distribute the different workspaces. Now home to the municipal technical services, they retain traces of their previous function.
