During the opening of the temple to the public, visitors can follow a video presentation on the temple, architectural heritage. The Temple des Terreaux or Temple de la Lanterne is the first temple dedicated specifically to Protestant worship since the 16th century in Lyon. It was rebuilt in 1857 in the neo-gothic style. The organ builder Merklin gave it a beautiful instrument.
