Imagined during a cultural week on the professions of the vine and wine in 1985 and opened since 1995, it testifies to the tradition and the wine revival: - the Cellar à Madame: a slideshow, a reconstitution of the vegetative cycle, a cooper’s workshop and the different stages of the winemaking will invite you to discover the savoir-faire and the characteristic objects of the 19th century until the middle of the 20th century . - a conservatory of grape varieties, an open-air space, bordering the museum parking lot, invites visitors to explore the old planted grape varieties and those offered by the twin cities of Grevenmacher (Luxembourg) and Sperlonga (Italy). There are also three varieties authorized in Côtes d'Auvergne: Chardonnay in white, Pinot Noir and Gamay in red. No less than 21 grape varieties bear witness to the wine heritage.
