Built at the end of the Gothic period on a promontory near the old castle, the church of Saint Jean-Baptiste dominates the historic district of L'Arbresle. If the bell tower in golden stone dates from the nineteenth century, the nave, the choir and its stained glass windows date from the fifteenth century.
