Exhibition "Discovering the collections of the APA"
To celebrate the thirty years of the APA in 2022, an exhibition presenting some of the treasures held by the association was realized. The exhibition consists of thirteen panels: after a panel presenting the association and its purposes, it shows twelve emblematic deposits, presented chronologically. Each panel includes a brief presentation of the repository, some excerpts from the texts, and some illustrations. From Claire Pic in the 19th century to the young Ariane Grimm at the end of the 20th, through evocations of the two world wars, through testimonies on school, on different life paths, on the transmission of family stories and by a beautiful love correspondence, this variety of testimonies reflects the richness of the fund. It is an invitation to explore this magnificent collection of APA, archives of intimate life that are a remarkable source of knowledge of human experience. Access is open to all. This exhibition will be presented throughout the day by volunteers of the association, who will also have brought with them some orginals of the most "beautiful" texts deposited.
