  • Come and discover a set of 4 buildings from the early 19th century: the church, the small school, the presbytery and a small agricultural building.
  • The Cure de Saint-Martin-de-Bobaux is located on a promontory with a breathtaking view of the Galeizon Valley, classified Natura 2000 and Biosphere Reserve in the middle of century-old chestnut forests.
  • Father Pourcher lived there from 1873 to 1900 and wrote, printed and edited, among other collections, the «History of the Beast of Gevaudan, a true scourge of God», which is still referred to.
  • A welcome is planned inside and around this set for a commented visit.
  • The restoration and exterior design project will be presented to visitors.
