Visit the Albigensian Mills and the machinery rooms of the former Vermicellery, a unique and typical industrial site of the region.
Les Moulins Albigeois is an industrial and architectural complex of 18th century bricks rehabilitated in 1987.
On the occasion of the Heritage Days, the Mercure hotel located in these places will have the pleasure of taking you to the basement to discover the machinery rooms and other curiosities traditionally closed to the public.
The occasion also to enjoy a time of exchange around the history of the Vermillerie Albigeoise who made the famous Pasta Soleil.
*A little history, some mysteries and a magnificent panorama on Albi and its episcopal city!
