About the location

Jardin des métiers d'Art et du Design
6 Grande Rue 92310 Sèvres
  • Hauts-de-Seine
  • Île-de-France
The Jardin des Métiers d'Art et du Design (JAD) is a unique place focused on creation and know-how of excellence. Located in Sèvres, straddling the city of Saint-Cloud and on the edge of its green park, it occupies the 2600 m2 of two buildings classified as historical monument due to the architects Roux-Spitz (1932) and Bruneau (1954).
Led by the Hauts-de-Seine Department in co-management with Scintillo - Groupe SOS Culture, Make Ici and the Institut National des Métiers d'Art (INMA), this cultural equipment, unique in its kind, brings together under the sign of Design and Métiers d'Art twenty workshops, an exhibition hall, a warm agora, coworking spaces, meeting rooms and a Maker Lab.
It now offers designers and craftsmen wishing to hybridize their practices, workspaces, personalized support and privileged access to the facilities of the site.
The JAD draws its singularity from the particular attention paid to the dialogues between craftsmen and designers. Co-creation, interdisciplina
