Cavaillon’s alluvial rock quarry has been in operation since the early 1970s. It provides the living area of Avignon and Cavaillon with quality aggregates for the building and public works sector for which they are the preferred material in the manufacture of concrete or asphalt. The quarry is now integrated into a local business platform including a concrete block manufacturing unit, a ready-to-use concrete plant and a coating plant that allows it to be as close as possible to the main aggregate consumers.
