Guided tour of the Bogs of Logné
Emblematic site of the Erdre valley and classified as a regional nature reserve since 2011, the Bog of Logné presents an incomparable ecological wealth. There are many species protected at the regional and sometimes even national level!
After a meandering stroll through the marshy woodlands, the Bog will reveal its secrets and your guide will show you a whole life that you can’t see anywhere else. A world, populated by carnivorous plants, curious insects and mosses with incredible absorbing power, that will offer itself as a spectacle for the eyes. As a backdrop for all these protagonists, the landscape will also immerse you in an unknown world in which you will progress on a ground... floating!
With 4000 years of history preserved in its soils, the Bog remains a true open-air laboratory that we continue to study. It will allow us, among other things, to assess the impacts of future climate change.
