Nach umfangreichen Arbeiten im Jahr 2021, die das Abwässern des Gebäudes ermöglichten, sind weitere Maßnahmen im Gange oder sind kurzfristig geplant. Der Fortbestand des Geländes ist heute gesichert und ermöglicht die Fortsetzung der Renovierungsarbeiten. Diese MH-registrierte Rotunde ist Eigentum des Vereins RFVL und wird von Freiwilligen geführt und geleitet. Sie wurde 1890 erbaut und ist eine der wenigen noch existierenden Rotunden. Viele Projekte und Entwicklungen sind geplant, um es zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil der touristischen Animation des Loir-Tals zu machen. Dopo importanti lavori realizzati nel 2021, che hanno permesso il disinquinamento dell'edificio, altre azioni sono in corso o previste a breve termine. La continuità del sito è ora assicurata e permette di proseguire i lavori di ristrutturazione. Di proprietà dell'associazione RFVL , questa rotonda registrata MH è gestita e animata da volontari. Costruita nel 1890, è una delle poche rotonde ancora esistenti. Numerosi progetti e sviluppi sono previsti per farne un elemento importante nell'animazione turistica della Valle del Loir. Aprés d'importants travaux réalisés en 2021, qui ont permis la mise hors d'eau du bâtiment, d'autres actions sont en cours ou prévues à court terme. La pérennité du site est mainteant assurée et permet de poursuivre les travaux de rénovation.
Propriété de l'association RFVL , cette rotonde inscrite MH est gérée et animée par des bénévoles.
Construite en 1890, elle est une des rares rotondes encore existantes.
De nombreux projets et évolutions sont envisagés pour en faire un élément important dans l'animation touristique de la Vallée du Loir.
