There has always been a presence at the Tertre since 1200\. The present residence dates for most of the 18th century. The park, redeveloped around 1850, with a horseshoe design, is planted with chestnut trees, oaks, beech, cypress-bald, maples. An artificial cave, built in the 18th century, is the curiosity of the park, as well as the expansion of the river bed in pond around 1850.
