The castle of Vaux is the first building built by Jean Bourré from 1464 to 1468, before the Plessis-Bourré and Jarzé.
Its elegant four-storey seigneurial home with keep, mullioned windows and two short wings with towers, is surrounded by water moats and overlooks an open rural landscape.
Free visit of the surroundings, the ground floor of the house, the chapel.
