with Sylvain Maresca, Ronan Cheviller & Anne Neyens

The Company of Professional Theatre Moradi leads a participatory approach in the Breil district in Nantes "ROMANCES EUROPEENNES", through imaginations, citizenship, History and above all by allowing itself to enter and leave Europe.
In the course of our interviews, we recounted the story of a woman whose mother died in Austria during the Second World War by wearing herself as a "volunteer worker".
We decided to launch an investigation at the municipal and departmental archives and studied his personal file filed with the Division of Archives of Victims of Contemporary Conflict of the Ministry of
Armies and Historical Defense Service in Caen.
We propose you to discover the fruits of our research, to share our questions, to present you reproductions of documents, as well as our more personal motivations.
A theatrical conference that tells how historical research is conducted in order to reconstruct a life with the events that punctuate it and its shadows.
Anne Neyens, a journalist by training, develops her work on artistic mediation.
Ronan Cheviller is an author, director & actor.
Sylvain Maresca, a retired university researcher, is passionate about theatre and writing.
Within the Company each one develops his singularities through common projects.
"ROMANCES EUROPÉENNES" [2020-2025] allows us to invite artists and specialists, to mobilize times of meetings where conversation is at the heart of theatrical creation.
