Every year, thousands of people develop or succumb to cancer caused by asbestos fibres, a material with a thousand virtues whose great danger was denied or relativized for decades. Based on the example of Aulnay-sous-bois and the Tripod of Nantes, this exhibition highlights that only popular and trade union mobilizations are likely to break the wall of silence and fatality.
