Located in the Bout du Monde district, on the left bank of the Loir in front of the Castle, in front of the waterfall, it was built in the XI° century by the monks of Saint Serge, desacralised in the XIV, then renovated in the XX and XXI. The equipment is original, the framework of XII°, and paints before XIV°. The Renovation work was completed in 2019\. It now hosts concerts, a music festival, masterclasses and exhibitions.
