Discover the culinary world of the Ancien Régime.

For the Year of Gastronomy, Sylvie Campech, archaeologist-historian of cuisine, takes us into the culinary world of the Ancien Régime.
Through spices, aromatic herbs and these funny vegetables from the New World, she will present the culinary changes and textures of dishes that have led to French gastronomy.
