Cinema built from 1935 to 1938 in the Art Deco style, by the architect Villiéras. Modified in the 50s, it is transformed into a triplex in 1980-1981\. The facade presents a functional architecture using blocks and volumes to delimit the different parts of the cinema: the lobby, a bar with hall on the first floor, the projection room at the last. The Art Deco pediment is surmounted by a peristyle formed of columns. A bright staging highlighted the facade. The architecture, using a macho vocabulary (image of the steamship with bridges), is intended as a metaphor for travel and modernism (advent of talking cinema in the town).
