Inaugurated in 1991, this building(ship) made the object of an ample programme of modernisation. After a first slice(edge) led in 2008/2009, a second construction site(work) began at the end of 2011, to shape the building(ship) to the evolution of standards and of technologies, but also to adapt it to the waitings(expectations) of the public.
