Builders will climb a wall 3 to 4 meters long with a corner chain at the start. This wall is part of a «hollow» path built a long time ago by peasants of the commune.
You can come and see them working on this site, open to the public, located behind the town hall of Saint-Goussaud. They will explain their profession and all the environmental advantages of this technique.
Sunday 18 September at 2:30 pm, a guided walk on the «small heritage» will be proposed to you.
You will discover a shepherd’s lodge, fisheries, many dry stone walls, remains of the work of the peasant-builders who worked in the town of Saint-Goussaud.
