The Fonderie Cornille Havard is the heir to a long tradition of bell founders installed in Villedieu les Poêles since the Middle Ages. In the workshop built in 1865, about a hundred monumental bells were created each year, perpetuating the know-how and methods of the companions of yesteryear.
