The cavities are arranged in a chapel, dedicated to Sainte-Anne
17 and 18 September 2022Passed
Planted in the 5th or 6th century, these two trees preceded the church, which dates back to the 13th century. In the 19th century, we see that the trunks have dug naturally. The cavities are arranged in a chapel, dedicated to Saint Anne (1866), and an oratory (1897) dedicated to N. Dame de Lourdes. Their circumference is 11.55 m for one and 9.40 m for the other.
We enter the biggest of the two ifs. The history of the ifs can be read on the presentation panel. Small free sheet available in the if-chapelle
