On 70 m of a long linen, here is the history(story) of the conquest of England by Guillaume duke of Normandy in the year 1066\. This blockbuster of the XIth century s. stages more than 600 embroidered characters, 200 horses, about forty ships and several hundred of animals and mythological faces(figures). Come find this quite unique medieval fresco, full of rebounds, spies and hero, in Bayeux, in the Museum of Tapestry. More than 900 years after its creation, many times hidden and saved from destructions, the Bayeux Tapestry continues to deliver its secrets. This quite unique document, masterpiece of Middle Ages, is registered on the register "Mémoire du Monde " of the UNESCO.
