Hôtel-Dieu is a former hospital located west of downtown Rouen. It is now home to the Seine-Maritime Prefecture Hotel (prefecture of the Seine-Maritime department and since 2016 of the Normandy region).
This building has been inscribed as a historic monument since March 11, 1932.
During the visit, a presentation of sustainable heritage is proposed:

intelligent building management systems for regulating energy consumption,
the adoption of more economical heating rules,
recording our actions as part of the resilience plan and window renewal plan.

Old(Former) Hôtel-Dieu, built between the second half of the XVIIth century s. and the end of the XVIIIth century s., the site of the prefecture of region and of the Regional Cultural Affairs Directorate shows a large unit(great unity) of style. Rehabilitated in 1994 to receive the services(departments) of the State, the Hôtel-Dieu still shelters old(former) Tisanerie and big(great) lounges(shows), create on the occasion of the transfer of the prefecture.
