The Rouvray Hospital Centre is a public health facility specializing in the fight against mental illness in the territory of the Rouen Normandy, Elbeuf, Pays de Caux and Pays de Bray metropolis. The institution provides information centres and/or offers training on topics related to mental health such as autism, the management of inmates and good treatment in psychiatry.
The Rouvray Hospital Centre is also a place of university training through the presence of a Nursing Training Institute (IFSI) and 2 university hospitalo services.
