Discover behind the scenes the operational supervision of traffic and the transport plan of the Normandy Lines. The centre manages the circulation throughout the Norman perimeter up to Paris Saint-Lazare and Paris Montparnasse-Vaugirard.
The visit will begin with a visit of the COPPN (Centre Opérationnel de Proximité Paris Normandie) which manages and supervises the transport plan especially during random events. It ensures the dissemination of passenger information and organises the handling of passengers. He is also the operational manager of the means (train drivers, controllers and rolling stock).
During the COPPN visit, visitors will be able to meet the community managers who manage the regional Twitter feed Nomad Train. The latter shares in real time the state of traffic on the network. It is the guarantor of passenger information.
The visit will end with the visit of the COGC (Operational Center of Traffic Management) which ensures the coordination of all traffic on the Norman rail network in operation, 7 days a week, 24/7.
