Guided tour of the temporary exhibition Excursions en Normandie, photographs by Joseph-Louis Dumans.
At 4pm, the guided tour takes visitors on a trip to Normandy, Belle-Epoque, through the eyes of a photographer Joseph-Louis Dumans. The visit is punctuated by experiments such as stereoscopy or being photographed in the reconstruction of a photographic studio of the 1900s.
A true technician of photography, Joseph-Louis Dumans mastered the most recent techniques such as color development. In order to reflect the diversity of its photographic practices, the exhibition presents a rich selection of 150 photographs divided between modern prints on paper, projected video images and stereoscopic diffusion points, including a 3D screen.
