The church of Saint-Martin de Foulbec is built on a hillside near a ravine where the view extends over the Risle valley. The choir and nave date back to the Romanesque period, probably in the second half of the 11th century. The portal (11th century) is preceded by a porch with a 16th century frame and is decorated with an architecture decorated with heads of angels and a stage where the Doult du Val Durand flows to the Risle. In 1800, a landslide had revealed between the roots of the yew, a sarcophagus containing a large skeleton, probably the remains of the founder of the church.
