Nestled in the heart of the Brush Valley, the Russon Mill dates back to the 17th century. This water mill invites you to stroll, contemplation and curiosity. This visit will introduce you to the operation of one of the last artisanal flour mills in Ile-de-France, from the opening of the valves to the manufacture of flour.

Built at the end of the XVIIth century, successively mill with water, industrial building, then particular(special) house of a doctor, the mill Russon was acquired(bought back) by the conurbation of Marne-et-Gondoire which entirely restored it. He joins the conservation area of the Brush and of Gondoire and he benefited from an environmental insertion revalorizing its park. He(It) is decorated with an ecological and pedagogic garden.
