Designed by the botanist Gaston Bonnier and designed by the architect of the new Sorbonne, Henri-Paul Nénot, this place is typical of the field stations of the late nineteenth century. For over a century now, it has been a research site in plant biology, ecology and the environment.
In partnership with the agency LEMEROU Architecture and the Association des Naturalistes de la Vallée du Loing et du massif de Fontainebleau (ANVL), we offer:
- Guided tours of the various research and teaching buildings and the surrounding park.
- Visits with the architect of the ecological and passive accommodation buildings.
Exhibitions and animations, you will be offered: - Around studies conducted at the station on wild bees.
- Through ANVL, to learn to recognize birds and insects.
