Das Schloss wurde ab dem 16. Jahrhundert erbaut und hat eine bewegte Geschichte und viele Besitzer erlebt. Obwohl der Bau des heutigen Gebäudes im Jahre 1507 begann, wurde es im 17. Jahrhundert mit Gärten angereichert, die den größten Landschaftsarchitekten und Gärtnern anvertraut wurden. Die Aussicht auf den Park, der heute unter dem Schutz der historischen Denkmäler steht, könnte daher von Le Nôtre geschaffen worden sein. In den 1950er Jahren wurde es von der MGEN (Mutuelle Générale de l'Education Nationale) übernommen, um ein innovatives psychiatrisches Zentrum unter der Leitung von Marcel Rivière, Lehrer und Gründungspräsident der MGEN, einzurichten. Built from the 16th century, the castle has a turbulent history and many owners. If the construction of the current building began in 1507, it was enriched in the 17th century with gardens entrusted to the greatest landscapers and gardeners. Costruito a partire dal XVI secolo, il castello ha conosciuto una storia movimentata e numerosi proprietari. Se la costruzione dell'edificio attuale è iniziata nel 1507, è stato arricchito nel XVII secolo di giardini affidati ai più grandi paesaggisti e giardinieri. Così la prospettiva del parco, oggi protetta come Monumenti storici, potrebbe essere stata creata da Le Nôtre. Negli anni cinquanta fu acquistato dalla MGEN (Mutuelle Générale de l'Éducation Nationale) per installarvi un centro psichiatrico innovativo sotto l'egida di Marcel Rivière, maestro e presidente fondatore della MGEN. Bâti à partir du XVIeme siècle, le château a connu une histoire mouvementée et de nombreux propriétaires. Si la construction de l’édifice actuel a commencé en 1507, il a été enrichi au XVIIeme siècle de jardins confiés aux plus grands paysagistes et jardiniers. Aussi la perspective du parc, aujourd’hui protégée au titre des Monuments historiques, pourrait-elle avoir été créée par Le Nôtre. Dans les années 1950, il est racheté par la MGEN (Mutuelle Générale de l’Éducation Nationale) pour y installer un centre psychiatrique innovant sous l’égide de Marcel Rivière, instituteur et président fondateur de la MGEN.
