The training center of the CGT called center Benoît Frachon in 1975, is installed on the site of the old mill of Courcelle of which it remains today only the «Manoir» which has undergone transformations over time. In 1948, the CGT acquired it and transformed it into a center dedicated to trade union education, organizing internships and courses of evening or weekend, in a green setting sublimated by several works of art, Within which were built various buildings with resolutely original architecture intended for the reception of the trainees.
