The Municipal Archives are located in the City Hall. Tony Garnier, architect Grand Prix of Rome and André Morizet, senator-mayor of Boulogne-Billancourt joined forces to deliver the new City Hall in 1934\. For the Boulonnais, it became the symbol of the union of Boulogne and Billancourt and for the critics, a masterpiece of architecture.
