Construction (glass, metal and concrete) of the architects Beaudoin and Lods, the Open Air School consists of a main building of two floors and 200 meters long (oriented north-south) and eight "pavilions" classes arranged in spur towards the south in a park of 2.7 ha. The north facade of the building is covered with dark pebbles and has only a few openings, while all the south facades are glazed and sliding. The metal frame of the complex is external, which was the innovative element at the beginning of the 20th century.
