The Gaumont Collection’s mission is to preserve, restore and enhance everything related to the activity of the world’s oldest film company, from its origins in 1895 to the present day. Some figures to specify the size of the Gaumont Collection: 11,590 posters, 374 cameras and accessories, 209,850 photographs, 3,160 scenarios, 1,748 occurrences related to elements in costumes or sets, etc. The opening of the venue during the European Heritage Days is exceptional, because outside these two days, access is reserved for researchers, journalists, publishers, students, directors... The team of the Collection proposes during this weekend to discover its treasures through a guided tour.

The mission of the Gaumont Collection is to preserve, restore and enhance all that relates to the activity of the world dean of film societies, from its origins in 1895 to the present day. Some figures to specify the size of the collection, which includes 11,095 posters, 344 cameras and accessories, 208,750 photographs, 2,985 scenarios, 1,160 occurrences related to decorative elements or costumes, etc… Located in the basement of the headquarters, the space is open only to professionals, which is why the opening during the European Heritage Days is exceptional.
