The Villa Eugénie Desoyer, formerly the Henri IV Building, is a former mansion bequeathed to the City in 1929 by the couple Camille-Léon Désoyer (1844-1919) and Eugénie-Cécile Désoyer (1854-1944). Closed since January 2017 for major renovations, it is inaugurated on May 30, 2018\. This building now houses the Intercommunal Tourist Office, the Café des Arts, the Royal Apothecary and the Louis-XVI Club.
