Maison Elsa Triolet-Aragon

Guided tours of the House Elsa Triolet-Aragon - Free entrance
Visit the Moulin de Villeneuve, home to two figures of 20th century history and French literature.
Aragon and Elsa Triolet wanted their house to become a place open to the public, responding to a triple vocation: to make the work and the memory of the two authors live; to welcome researchers and students; to open the place to living creation.
Through a visit to their home, left intact since 1982, it is an invitation to discover the two writers, their life, their work and their friendships with artists such as Picasso, Fernand Léger, Paul Éluard and Pablo Neruda.

Vestiges of the milling activity remain: the cage of the wheel is at the heart of the large salon, itself backed by the reach. In the park of nearly six hectares, which dominates the white stone of their tomb, winds the Rémarde. It is a place of writing. It was here that some of the most beautiful pages of French literature were written. For your pleasure, current painters, sculptors, poets and novelists continue to meet there. It is a pl
