Designed in 1975 by architects Georges Pencréac'h and Michel Gaillard, this housing complex has a remarkable architecture. It consists of 7 grouped houses that overlook the village of Cergy towards the Oise. Following the slope of the land, the houses develop according to a principle of half-levels which, combined with the roofs terraces, allows each room of the dwelling to open on the side of sunshine and the garden. Mr. Pencreac'h provides the guided tour of the place.
