Description of activities

Drawing workshop

Rodin was also a very great cartoonist, did you know? Follow in his footsteps and become a cartoonist yourself! Try drawing, under the benevolent gaze of an artist. You will thus have the opportunity to experiment several techniques and approaches of the volumes taking as a model the sculptures of Rodin. Free activity, subject to availability, registration required before 16 September at culturel@musee-rodin.fr Any level of drawing, material provided.

Modelling workshop

Become an apprentice sculptor in Rodin’s workshops! Under the guidance of an artist, you will be invited to try your hand at modelling after Rodin’s sculptures. Free activity, subject to availability, registration required before 16 September at culturel@musee-rodin.fr Any level, material provided.

In the «meadow», near the Villa des Brillants, bring your meal and enjoy a lunch between art and nature.

Practice of drawing in autonomy

Throughout the day, equipment is left at your disposal to draw according to your desires. Whether you are a budding or experienced artist, an artist will be present throughout the weekend in the museum’s spaces to give you valuable advice and guide you, if you wish, in your drawing practice.
