The Little Train in the Prairie

The modellers of the Chanteraines Railway (CFC) created the miniature CFC and built with the help of the Conseil Général des Hauts-de-Seine a railway network with 5" (127mm) and 7"1/4 (184mm) gauges that accommodates trains in model (scale between 1/3 and 1/8). These trains run on the 2nd Sunday of each month from March to October and exceptionally on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September 2022 for the European Heritage Days.
A 5" electric tractor driving school is available for children aged 6 and up.
On the occasion of Heritage Days 2022, some machines invited may surprise us with their exceptional presence.
A special fare is offered to Train Decauville passengers.

To serve the different parts of the park, a 0.60 m track railway line was built in 1981 from the "Pont d'Epinay" (today "Les Mariniers") to the "Passage de Verdure" located above the A 86 motorway or a distance of 3,1 km. When the fourth section of the park was opened in July 1991, the line was extended from the "Passage de Verdure" to the "Gare de Gennevilliers" on the RER C line. This now represents a total of 5.5 km, including 1 km of sidings and garage. On the occasion of this extension a second repository was created next to the first. Since 1984 an association has been set up to deal with the operation, management, maintenance and construction of rolling stock. Heritage Days provide an exceptional opportunity to see se
