Greeted in a friendly manner, you will visit the mosque in small groups, accompanied by a guide who will introduce you to the architectural beauty of the building and the religious symbolism of its spaces and their decoration. Guided tours by the Union des associations musulmanes de Créteil.

The plural term "SAHABA" refers to the companions of the Prophet Muhammad who followed his teaching and spread it. Placed under the responsibility of the Union of Muslim Associations of Créteil, the mosque includes a prayer hall for women, one for men, classrooms and school support, an exhibition/crafts space, a restaurant-tea room, a bookshop, a hammam. Its interior decoration, made by master craftsmen coming especially from Fez (Morocco), is of Arab-Andalusian style. On one of the outer walls, an excerpt from the Qur'an calls for living together:" O you men! We have created for you males and females, and have made you nations and tribes, that you may know one another. The noblest of you, after Allâh, is the most pious. Allâh is certainly Omniscient and Great-Knower" (Sura 49-Verse-13).
