The Association "Les Comptoirs de l'Inde" aims to promote Indian culture in France. Through the guided tour and its exhibition presenting numerous archival documents, it evokes the architectural and historical heritage of the ancient French settlements of India. -Archaeological discoveries and Roman presence (1st century) by Gabriel Jouveau-Dubreuil -Discovery of funerary urns (4th and 5th centuries) by Numa Lafitte -Discovery of chaulmoogra oil against leprosy by Numa Lafitte -Ancient Indian houses and mansions of the eighteenth century
