Ville de Bois-Colombes

On this day of September 18, 1905, the press was in a frenzy. A horrible larceny has just been committed at the castle of Maria Marcel, rue des Carbonnets in Bois-Colombes: the theft of the corset of the countess Greffulhe.
The subject, depicted in the very serious Journal de Bois-Colombes, feeds all conversations from Paris to Maisons-Laffitte. But what does not mention the article of Eugene Victor Gallot, is the truth that tries by all means to discover the police: the corset would never have come out of the castle of Tourelles.
Come help the police find the corset stolen by the famous gentleman burglar Arsène Lupin, restore the honor of Maria Marcel and allow the Countess Greffulhe to wear it to the opera tonight. Will you take up the challenge?

About the location

Château des Tourelles
98 rue Paul-Déroulède 92270 Bois-Colombes
  • Hauts-de-Seine
  • Île-de-France
Located in Franklin-Roosevelt Square, Tourelles Castle was built in 1893 by Colombian architects Albert and Paul Leseine, to whom we owe many local public and private buildings, including Colombes. This eclectic 19th-century castle (a mixture of architectural elements from various eras, from Gothic to Art Nouveau) was a private resort house. Purchased in 1928 by the city of Bois-Colombes, it now houses meeting rooms for associations, the school caisse, the municipal library or even, the central office of the grant. From 1950, the castle of the Tourelles is rented by the City to the Social Security. Since June 2007 and the departure of the Social Security, the castle of the Tourelles was unoccupied. The building will be rehabilitated to accommodate, in 2020, an arts centre hosting exhibitions and artists in residence.
